Shenyang Hejin Holding Investment Company, Ltd. was founded in December 1987 and owned by Shanghai Xing Te Hao Industrial Company, Ltd., Suzhou Murray Machinery Manufacturing Company, Ltd. and Shanghai Hejin International Trading Company, Ltd. LIMAC signed an agreement with China Huarong Asset Management Corporation for purchase and reorganization in July 2005 with the recreation of Hejin completed in November 2009.
